10. Super 5 Betting
10.1 What is Super 5?
Super 5 is an in-fixture betting system that adds an extra layer of engagement to team matches. During a fixture, players can place bets on the final match score outcome. Betting opens in two phases: Singles (Games 1-5) and Doubles (Games 6-7).
10.2 How It Works
- Players bet on the final score: 3-0, 2-1, 1-2, or 0-3
- Each team can set their own bet price (typically £3-£5 per bet)
- All bets go into a pot
- Winners share the pot based on their correct predictions
10.3 Platform Disclaimer
This platform does not handle, process, or receive any betting payments. All Super 5 betting transactions are managed directly between teams and participants using third-party payment services (e.g., Monzo).
Platform Liability: This platform acts solely as a facilitator providing software tools for teams to organize their own betting activities. We are not responsible for:
- Payment processing or money handling
- Disputes between teams or participants
- Compliance with local gambling regulations
- Any financial losses or gains from betting activities
Team Responsibility: Teams using Super 5 are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Please consult with legal counsel if you have questions about gambling regulations in your area.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
