These Terms and Conditions govern the use of DartLeague, a community-focused darts league management platform operated by Ray Cove (“Operator”). By accessing or using DartLeague, creating an account, joining a team, managing competitions, or participating in any platform feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the DartLeague Privacy Policy.
1. About DartLeague
DartLeague is a web-based platform for organising and following amateur darts leagues. Features include competition administration, fixtures, results, statistics, team management, availability tracking, friendly matches, scorecard storage, optional social prediction tools and related services.
DartLeague is currently operated as an independently managed community project by Ray Cove in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@dartleague.co.uk.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in Super 5 features. You confirm that information supplied is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of any team or organisation you manage.
3. Accounts and Authentication
DartLeague primarily uses passwordless authentication through email one-time passcodes. Optional Google and Facebook login may be offered. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their email accounts and safeguarding login credentials and devices.
4. User Roles
Access is role-based and may include public visitors, players, captains, vice-captains, team administrators, competition administrators and platform administrators. Users may hold multiple roles.
5. Public Information
Many areas of DartLeague are publicly accessible without registration, including organisations, competitions, divisions, teams, fixtures, standings and selected statistics.
6. Competition Data and Statistics
Results, standings, player statistics, appearances, checkouts, 180s, averages, win rates and related records may be displayed publicly. Such information forms part of the historical sporting record of competitions hosted on DartLeague.
7. Historical Records
To preserve competition integrity, DartLeague may retain historical fixtures, results, standings and statistics indefinitely. If an account is deleted, account-related personal data may be removed or anonymised while competition records remain.
8. Team Management Features
The platform provides tools for membership management, invitations, join requests, player availability, line-ups, venues, calendars and fixture administration. Responsibility for league compliance remains with league organisers and users.
9. Friendly Matches
DartLeague provides coordination tools only. The Operator is not responsible for attendance, venue arrangements, costs, cancellations or disputes between teams.

Venue information may be entered manually or obtained through third-party services such as Google Places. DartLeague does not guarantee the accuracy of venue information.
13. Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape data in a harmful manner, impersonate others, manipulate results dishonestly, upload malicious software or use the platform unlawfully.
14. Super 5 Disclaimer
What is Super 5?
Super 5 is an optional in-fixture prediction game that adds an extra layer of excitement and engagement to your team’s matches.
Players can make predictions on the final fixture result and compete with teammates for a share of the pot, subject to the rules set by their team.
1. How It Works
During a fixture, eligible team members can record a prediction for the final match score.
Predictions are typically available during two phases:
- Singles (Games 1–5)
- Doubles (Games 6–7)
Teams can decide whether to enable one or both phases.
2. Prediction Options
Players predict the final fixture score by selecting one of the available outcomes:
- 3–0
- 2–1
- 1–2
- 0–3
Predictions must be submitted before the relevant phase closes.
Once submitted, predictions may not be editable unless permitted by the team rules.
3. Team Pot Settings
Each team may configure its own optional contribution amount for participation. Typical contribution amounts are between £3 and £5 per prediction, although teams may choose different amounts.
Participation is entirely voluntary and teams are responsible for managing any contributions between themselves.
4. The Pot
Teams may choose to combine participant contributions into a shared pot.
The pot is managed entirely by the participants and team organisers.
Where one or more participants correctly predict the final result, the pot may be divided according to the rules agreed by the team.
DartLeague does not determine winners, distribute money or enforce team-specific rules.
5. Team Benefits
Many teams use Super 5 to:
- Increase player engagement
- Add excitement to fixture nights
- Encourage participation
- Create friendly competition between teammates
- Raise money for team activities, socials, trophies or prizes
Participation is always optional.
